I picked this up at the local boot sale this weekend just because it unusual. It has some interesting angles and is obviously a special tool of some sort, I guess to do with hydraulic pipes. It is unbranded.

Maybe automotive hydraulic brake line fittings, and the bleeder valve?

Yes I agree but which vehicle/brand, it looks too custom made to be off the shelf spanner
