Top one looks like a combination tool for old stoves. Lid lifter on the one end and the wrenches to disassemble or tighten the stove nuts.

one hole may be to shake the ashes into the pan.

Is Crystal a cook stove brand name? Hard to tell; there were so many brands back then.
