Millers Falls Co. is mainly known for its drilling tools, but it made many other tools. However, Alloy Artifacts hardly lists them. Years ago I started collecting cresent-type wrenches and have now gotten into an argument with someone about the two wrenches shown. I say that both wrenches are Millers Falls, and he claims that the MF wrench is Massey Fergueson . sp Can anyone help?

I'm sorry coolford, I have side with your friend on this one. The MF logo in a box appears to be classic Massey Ferguson. Check out the logo on the catalog upper left corner.

I think that I would have mistaken that mark as you have CF but after looking for a bit on the interscope I'm going to agree with Yadda

There is one prior listing on eBay of a set of three Millers Falls adjustable wrenches and the 10 inch was 1480. No photo, but the evidence is sliding the other way. A Millers Falls Catalog would probably clear up the picture considerably.

About 10 years ago I sold a MF 4" crescent as a Millers Falls and got good feedback. But, that really doesn't mean much.

Hello, Millers Falls catalog shows their 10" adjustable as a 7610C . The C denotes carded or packed in a vinyl pouch, so, a 7610. Regards, Lou

Interesting. I have a MF adjustable (it is either a 6 or 8"). It is a good quality wrench. I judge adjustables by how compact the head is, how easy it is to turn the adjuster, and more subjectively - how strong/sturdy it seems.

I believe it to be Massey, all the Miller MF logos included the name in the box.
