Papaw maybe you should order up one of those Michigan rain guages. Looks like a big storm due to hit centered somewhere around Freeport/Matagorda about tomorrow night.

We are getting a little rain now, and will get more Friday and Saturday. Models show Don to possibly hit the coast somewhere between Brownsville and Matagorda. This is good for our area-no direct hit and plenty of much needed rain.

Clearly, I need to be living somewhere else!!!!!!
I was praying we wouldn't have rain...... so I didn't have to mow my lawn (but, I woke up in the morning and someone else already mowed it...)
Now, I'm praying for rain.  We finally got a really good storm.  But, one storm doesn't help that much when it comes to fruit and vegies..... But, so long as someone shows up to mow my lawn....... I love the rain!!!!!
cheers,
bird

Now it looks like we won't get enough, the storm appears to be headed to the southern route.
