Found one myself a couple years ago as I was walking across the pasture at my gpa's place.  Talk about rough shape.

The nut wrench versions are marked "8 Inch, 12 Inch" etc.  The "PIPE" marking only appears on the version where the "fixed" jaw is at an angle and has pipe gripping teeth.  They also made a version where the pipe grip was on the movable jaw so that you could use one handle  for interchangeable pipe and nut jaws.  As "Bus" noted, all the pipe wrench types are scarcer than the nut wrenches.

On the ones with replaceable jaw insert, the interface between the hard steel pipe gripping teeth insert & the wrench body is relatively "wavy" and there is a good size hole for the screw that holds the insert in place.   This one just has well worn pipe gripping teeth that are integral with the wrench body.  (I have "sniped" photos from long-ago eBay lots showing 6", 8" & 12" WESTCOTT Pipe wrenches with the hard steel jaw inserts.)
