Ok, dosent fit anything I have
Always looking for what interests me, anything early Dodge Brothers/Graham Brothers trucks ( pre 1932 or so ) and slant six / Super six parts.

Grease gun tool:  If it's what I think it is... the tip should be concave, possibly with a plastic concave insert, which will seal when held against the grease fitting.  The narrow profile will allow it to get between the crosses of an assembled u-joint in a driveshaft.
The large end may slide back over the grease gun coupler preventing it from rocking itself off the tool when greasing.
