Sears air compressor question
« on: August 27, 2011, 11:37:33 PM »
I bought a old Sears air compressor today. It works good, but I would like to know who made it for Sears ? I would also like to get a owners manual for it. It is model 106.154541. It is a 12 gallon with a twin cylinder compressor. 120 volt. It is painted green. Thank's,

With the model number can't you call Sears directly and get a manual?

I've got the same unit (for sale on eBay today)...the large spec sheet attached to the tank says "mfg 085".  I've never checked it out, but the thing looks like Campbell Hausfield equipment.  Mine looks old, but works like new.

"085" isn't listed at http://vintagemachinery.org/Craftsman/manufacturers.aspx?sort=1.  Campbell-Hausfield is shown as #106, which matches the original post in this thread.
