Thanks for the welcome guys. For those that don't know me from GG, I'm a civil engineer that works for a consult. I mainly do site supervision and contract management for roading projects and bridge maintenance. I'm more of a tool user than a tool collector. In fact this is the only tool I have ever bought with no intention of using.

Being at the bottom of the world everything is that little bit more expensive so I mainly stick to buying better quality Taiwanese tools, Jonnesway in particular.

What I work on.

LWB Nissan Patrol - 4.2 I6 diesel that I turbo'ed and intercooled.

Long term project. Another Nissan Patrol, this is getting a VH45 (Nissan 4.5L quadcam V8) and manual shift auto.

Latest addiction, Challenger class offroader. 1640cc VW with beetle transaxle and front beam.

So where abouts are you at in NZ. I got a good buddy who Lives at Bethels Beach just out of Auckland. Been down there a few times, it's an awesome country, very similar in some aspects to British Columbia. You got some cool rides, they look good.
