KR Wilson Piston Wrench - what is it for?
« on: March 15, 2016, 03:01:42 PM »
Hi all. I'm hoping someone can identify this wrench.

 It reads "K.R. Wilson B+E PISTON WRENCH 18080 E+F".

It has 8 point spline box ends of two different dia..

Has anybody seen this one?

Thanks, I contacted Mr. Tim Hill of the site and he is not sure himself what it is. Not in his materials. He is reaching out to someone else as well. This one is a mystery.

I don't think this is for a engine piston  a shock absorber piston maybe?

The latter was my guess although, the shock absorber piston wrenches typically tend to have a deep offset right?

Reminds me of a gland nut wrench. wonder if its for one of Wilson's presses or maybe one of the other machines they made.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.
