need help to identify tool

I would like to know if someone could help me identify this , I think it is some kind of a drill bit do not know for sure it is about 7 inches long.

Don't know , but I'd use it on a 1/4" drill to stir paint , lol

I could be wrong but I have a vegetable garnishing tool shaped just like that, only smaller

That is kind of what I was thinking but was not sure, some woman gave it to me with some other old kitchen utensils,
