Nippers American Beauty
« on: May 11, 2017, 07:29:49 PM »
Pulled this from one of my collection boxes cleaned it off and found two markings 1. American Beauty 2. a simple star. I tried an internet search and came up with little. Apparently America Beauty is used by all sorts products and companies. Only one site http://yesteryearstools.com/Yesteryears%20Tools/American%20Hdw.%20%26%20Sup.%20Co..html shows some history. American Hardware & Supply Co, if you search it gets nowhere for old, vintage or antique tools. I have found some old tools listed marked American Beauty including a post on this forum. I'm surprised at the lack of information for a companies products that span 70 years.
