need a handle for tis widdle pick

Where can I get a handle???

The pick is 13 1/2 long stamped 11/2 double bit eye 2 3/4 long 3/4 wide What is it? miner's pick, saddle pick, military?

Try House Handle: https://www.househandle.com/.  I've yet to use them, but hear good reports; and they've got a variety.  Measure the eye on the pick, top and bottom (so you know the taper).

Can't help on what it was in its youth/who it was meant for.  Sorry.

Could be a coal pick, also called a mining pick used in coal mines. I see one in Seller's Dictionary of American Hand tools.

Could be a coal pick, also called a mining pick used in coal mines. I see one in Seller's Dictionary of American Hand tools.
So, if it is, Brad, you now need to get a coal mine...like buying an older British car after finding a Whitworth wrench at a yard sale.

If it was found anywhere near southwestern Wisconsin it could likely be for mining lead.

was found in NE Wisconsin probably why in such good shape. No coal around there now I need a handle for this pick I tried the places offered and was blown off and other ideas?

A suitable stick of hickory or ash, a drawknife and spokeshave, and a method of holding the handle you'll be making seems like the next step.
