First attempt at a display board
« on: January 21, 2018, 04:10:23 PM »
For my first time building one of these, I'm quite pleased with the results. For all of you pros, I'd love to see some of your display boards and shadow boxes.

Nice! Making display boards is on my to-do list for this spring, so I too would be interested in hearing any advice from those who have done them before.
My friends call me Bob. My wife calls me a lot worse.

Thin high tensile wire pushed through holes drilled in the board, on the back side small washers go over the wire before it's twisted, then a chunk of green felt is glued down so the twisted wire ends don't scratch whatever wall it's hung on.

Nice job all of you. I've not tried to put anything like that together, I don't have the eye for it. At least that's what the wife said when she would ask my opinion. She doesn't ask any more.
