While putting together my onboard Jeep toolset and other WW2 toolsets I became interested in Barcalo and have gathered quite a large collection with plenty of help from my WW2 collecting colleagues. Those guys have the only known Barcalo catalogs and have provided me with some scans. Some of those were also available on Twertsy’s Tool Archives site until it went down. He is working on trying to get it functioning again.

Thanks Don. I haven't looked at Twertsty's site for quite a while and didn't realize it was down, nor did I notice his Barcalo posts.I'm on the road in a few days for the remainder of this month and most of next but I have a fairly big collection of Barcalo tools that I'll try to get some pics and post them when I get back.

Already thought that Toolarchives was no longer available in Europe.

I started this post 2 1/2 years ago showing the tool display boards I had been making as well as telling the story on some of my wrench collections.  The ultimate goal was to use the displays in a workshop space when we finally bought a new house.  Well, we bought a new house in January and I ended up with 2 workshop spaces.  One out in the 4 1/2 stall garage and one in a small room in the basement.  The basement space is my hangout space that ended up with all the displays.  I still have some displays to put up and some wall space to fill but it's a work in progress.  Here's some pictures of the space.

I cleaned up for the photos!  It doesn't get real messy though cause its my tinkering shop.  The garage shop is where I work on my cars and I do woodworking at my place of employment after hours.  I'm a lucky guy to have so many work spaces!
