Bunch of screwdrivers
« on: April 19, 2018, 04:18:10 PM »
Some time back everybody got interested in screwdrivers.  Made me go to the file cabinet drawer I have been throwing them in for nearly 20 years.  Never paid more than $2.00 each at garage sales since I didn't really collect them.  Most were $1.00 so I couldn't turn them down.  So I decided to list them in my card files, here are the first 4 boxes.

Looks like a pretty nice collection. I recognize a few, but what is that one up in the upper left, in the red box? (lower photo)
My friends call me Bob. My wife calls me a lot worse.

The one in the red box is a Millers Falls No. 29.  It is mint with a tube of bits.

Ah, I wondered if it might be a "hollow tool handle", as I like to call them. I don't know much about your other screwdrivers, but I do have about a half dozen various hollow tool handles. Each one is a little different. There are a surprising number of different variations of the these out there.
