Unusual design open end wrenches

I remember reading here months (years?) ago a discussion on these wrenches but I can't find that info now. So excuse me while I humbly ask again, who made these? All they say is Forged USA, the reverse side is blank.

That's what I thought as well, but the Duro Indestro and even the Western Auto Supply pages on AA don't show these. Did I scroll past the pics and just didn't see them?
