Drill bit extension.  Tapered square shank,  the tube on the end should rotate or unscrew.

Yup.   Most that I see are the 2150 and not the 2151.   Had to clean it up a bit when i first got it, but it works a-ok.  :smiley:

As an addition - Stanley 180-18 in and a nice long screwdriver bit.   I haven't found a name on the bit.
