Mystery Herbrand DOE w/screwdriver blade

I stumbled across this at the flea.
The diamond H logo is apparently Herbrand.
Wrench is approximately 6 1/2" long with 1/2 and 3/4 openings.
The forged in number appears to be 66-1, though there is some die damage around the '1' and it could be something else.
The curious thing is the solid 'screwdriver' blade forged integral with the large end.

I assume this was a contract job.
Maybe some adjustment with the blade and openings for locknuts.
Does anyone recognize this wrench?
Or does anyone know anything about it?

I couldn't find anything like it, makes me think of an old drag link adjuster. Wrench for the lock clamp and large screw driver to adjust the link. Could someone have added the driver blade to it.

I also have a wrench like that somewhere. I don't remember the brand offhand. I will go poke around and see if i can find it.

Danks yours looks to me to be more recent and possibly European or Asian.

I would wonder if these were accessories for some production machinery, say something in textiles, that constantly needed adjusting.

Hopefully sometime we will get a clue.

I found mine. It appears to be a tool post wrench of sorts. It has a 3/4 inch hex on one end a 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch square openings to loosen or tighten square headed bolts used on machinery like a lathe. The screwdriver sticks out of the end of the tool. The tool makers logo has a W in a oval. it also has the numbers 123 that are raised. My picture person, my granddaughter had to get home and didn't have time to do some pictures for me.

Thanks to lou at lptools, I now have a genuine collection of three.
Still have no clue of what though.

Could it be for adjusting rocker to valve clearance?  The wrench would loosen the jamb nut, the screwdriver blade would set the adjusting screw.
