Went to the Habitat Restore and got a Plomb 7/16 x 3/8 DOE number 3021, a Craftsman 4 inch adjustable made in U.S.A. like new  number 9-44601 made by Western Forge and a Snail brand DOE yet to be cleaned to properly ID it. I also got a nice homemade wooden box with appox 24 router bits. I also got a couple of boxes of new 3/8 x 16 cad plated bolts. UPDATE The Snail brand spanner is somewhat rusty but I can read the size on one end. It is marked 1-1/8 AF. Across Flats. The other side is un-readable at this point. The wrench has the Snail logo and is marked on the other side MADE IN ENGLAND.

I am not sure how I am going to clean them. It has light surface rust and a some dirt. It also appears to have been painted at some point, with some paint remaining on one end. I guess I will scrub the dirt off with water and a soft brush and then give it a vinegar bath to de-rust it.
