Craftsman Socket Set Box
« on: August 19, 2019, 11:25:41 PM »
I bought this box recently, expecting it in the mail soon.  It is 10.5x2.75x1 1/8.  I believe it is for the 9C4395 9 piece socket set in the 1954 Craftsman Mechanics Catalog. No tools for it yet.
You might say I have a tool collecting problem....

Hey Yadda,

Are you trying to piece together the set of tools that went with the box?

Hi Jim,

Yes, seems like a worthwhile and not too expensive pursuit.

Other than the crossbar, I may be able to help with =v= tools for the set if you get stuck. I don’t seem to have a 9/16” socket for some reason.

As luck would have it, completely unknown and unplanned, I purchased the filler pieces for this box along with other sockets and other tools.
