hex drive socket set
« on: January 15, 2020, 11:17:20 AM »
I got this set a while ago. Interesting for a couple of reasons. I'm not sure if the sockets are original to the set, but they are hex drive and pretty heavy duty, no markings other than sizes. Also there is some (mostly worn off) copper plating on the handle and the U-joint. None on the sockets I can see, maybe under the paint. I guess the original owner painted it all orange so he could take them huntin'
Thanks
Bruce

They look good.  Better without the glow.
The ORIGINAL Northwoods.

Those sockets look like the correct ones for that set and yes everything had a coat of copper plate on them from new.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.
