New Britain and Indestro wrench sets

I have the Indestro set and happened across the New Britain set on my wanderings.  Anyone explain them?  The numbers are different, but the fonts seem very much alike.  Would one company have made the wrenches for the other--or would someone else have made both for the two of them?
