I've had two ratchet purchases go MIA in the dark recesses of the USPS. One was a 1/2" Metcoid that the bozo seller dropped in a thin cardboard Priority letter envelope with no tape or reinforcement - flattened envelope arrived with a large hole. The other was another ratchet that never made it out of the sending post office, according to the tracking #. Both idiots tried to say tuff, not their problem - fortunately fleabay and fleecepal disagreed and refunded.
Only other issue was a box with a small hole that allowed a few sockets to escape - seller quickly replaced the missing ones, no questions or problems. He was a first class seller.
