Old Shipwrights Handle Auger
« on: May 12, 2022, 04:58:14 PM »
I've had this secured in a tool box for years. The ship auger is 1-1/8 X 18-1/2 Inches.
Figured on hanging her on this board in the tool shed.
Won't be the same as things I wished I'd got mounted. Like the Wood Duck my dog dropped in my hand more than 40 years ago. But I will feel some appreciation seeing it there.

Nice auger, nice cleanup job.

but the real question is, had you shot the wooden duck, or was your dog just over-enthusiastic?
