Today, I stopped off at the flea market and found these 7 3/4" BMW pliers made by HEYCO GmbH & Co. KG in Germany. They don't look like they were ever used.

There's a pair in the tool kit of every BMW I've ever seen.

And 2 or 3 open-end wrenches too...

The only BMW tool I stil have from my old 2002 was that S shaped 19mm lug wrench complete wit the fold out hub cap puller.  I keep it iin my 45  cal Army ammo box and pack the rest of my emergency(read Asian) tools around it for vehicular travel.  Our newest car in the fleet is a 2002, so we don't take chances.....
