The New Year started happily enough. I hope yours also did so.

Yesterday, after church, I found this  12-inch adjustable marked "MEADVILLE WRENCH-o-MEADVILLE, PA." The following logo was stamped on the other side:   P-S in a keystone.  After some research, I discovered this was one of the markings used by the Pennsylvania Railroad on its Acme Inspectors Lanterns. http://railroadiana.org/lanterns/pgLanterns_Inspector.php

I have never seen this marking on a railroad wrench before.  Does anyone else have a P-S marked wrench they can share with us?

I've never seen that keystone marking before Wrenchmensch.

hmm, Southern Penn? (Vanderbilts folly)?hmm
That would make that a somewhat rare mark....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
