Lynn's sale takes place in the space between his house and shop, so things are crowded, but I've never seen anyone have any problem, they are all focused on the tools. The crowd is thick at opening when knowledgable buyers are waiting at the gate like racehorses to get the first chance, then it thins out with people strolling in and out all day. I like to spend enough time there to look in all the boxes and drawers at least twice, and wait to see what Lynn may have hidden in the back because he knows what I will buy usually.
Once I took my wife and Lynn offered me an H D Smith Triple Lever Screwdriver at a great price, but with Mama along, I resisted. Six months later when I went without her, he went back to a hidey-hole and brought the same screwdriver out, put it in my hand and said, carry it around. Of course, by the end of the day, I had bought it- at the same price as before, and still a good deal.
Though this is in a residential neighborhood, there is plenty of parking next door in an old shopping center parking lot, right next door, and you don't even have to cross the street. The shopping center buildings have been demolished since last time I went, so there is plenty of parking.
Prices run from low, low , to high depending on the item, but I don't think anything is overpriced. Lynn and his buddy know their stuff and like to make it easy for a buyer to take home stuff. Bargains can be found, and deals made. The more ya buy, the cheaper they fly!
