The title says it all. Here's what it looks like.

It's made by New Britain. I already have the Husky, New Britain, and Craftsman versions. The None Better is the last of the 3/8" square drive that I need except for the amber handle Craftsman.

The other ones I need that have this exact same body are

Craftsman 1/4 female. This picture shows it with the drive plug.

Craftsman 1/4 female amber handle

Craftsman 3/8 amber handle

Craftsman hex drive

And the one marked for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft

My search is over. Eventually I'll post a pick of them all together but I now have ALL of the New Britain made ratchet's from the war era except for the PWA ratchet, the Craftsman amber handle ratchet's, and that hex drive. It's the last one I needed of the New Britain brands. I got the B40 off eBay at the end of November.

I have all the Husky's too. I'll post a family picture when I can.

I have the None Better, just like the OP pic, and would love to trade that for the New Britain in order to match my sockets and extension.

Anyone?

Are you looking for the 1/4 or 3/8 drive to go with your set?

So you have a 1/2" None Better S40 and want the 1/2" New Britain NS40?

Before I insert my foot and say yes, I am looking for the 1/2" drive NB rat that would match my knurl banded NT series sockets and extension by New Britain. I'm making the leap of faith its the NS40.

That's a pretty safe leap since there was only one New Britain 1/2" of that style. There wasn't even a female drive like there was with the Craftsman and None Better lines.

Exactly which ratchet do you have to trade?

Shown here is the rat, with its current family. The rat (None Better) and universal (New Brit) are mismatches to the New Brit socket set, extension and Tbar. I would like to stop this madness and put the family back in proper order.

That ratchet is the S40.
