Garden type tool belonging to a friend. Does it have a name? Would like to buy one but I don't know what to ask for. Thanks.

its for laying tile... for drainage in a field "i think" correct me if im wrong

Right on. it is for tiling;have one in my shed. Don't intend to use it.

I have seen these listed in old catalogs as gutter cleaners, used for cleaning out curb gutters. I will have to try to find that reference.
