I'm sure that Gnomes have a use for nippers, I just don't know what they nip.

I have a pair of those pincers myself.  These were part of a "boy's" tool box.  You see the boxes with a couple or so tools on eBay from time to time.
Can't remember the name on the tool box where I saw these.  I think they were in more than one brand.

I've asked my gnome friends and they don't recognize it.......  really, I'm not quite that crazy.

I have 3 pairs of those that I have collected over the years. One pair is nickel plated.

These are my favorite ones. The picture doesn't show the tac/nail puller at the end of the one jaw.
