You don't get too many chances to attend an old tool sale like this and you will surely kick yourself if you miss it! This is going to be a really great sale and a good time will be had by all!
I will be going and picking Mrchuck up along the way.

I drove up to Gun Barrel City and picked up  Mrchuck so we could go to Dowd's sale.

We rolled in about 1030 and saw lots of people and tools galore.People pictures later- here are the tools I bought.

I'd bet you grabbed the Roberts because of the nice handle...
But if you use it you will also find it is one of the best balanced hammers made :)))

Wish it wasn't half a country away, looks like you had fun :)
