wire strippers
« on: December 01, 2012, 09:10:57 PM »
I would like to purchase a quality wire stripper at a fair price. I prefer old and rusty/crusty but do not know how far back a set of strippers that were specifically set up to do different gauge wires went.

I would mainly use them for automotive use if that is an indication of the size wire I would be working with.

Always looking for what interests me, anything early Dodge Brothers/Graham Brothers trucks ( pre 1932 or so ) and slant six / Super six parts.

Time to start collecting brass lanterns?
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Thanks for posting this.  I didn't even know you had a site.

Noticed the Rolls Razor.  I have one of those.  This one is incomplete, however-- the razor itself is not present.  The sharpener will only work with Rolls blades.  These are hollow ground, and about 1/4 inch thick at the back.  This should show in the attached photo.  There's a number of these currently on eBay.
