Found Yesterday before the rain
« on: May 11, 2013, 03:19:20 PM »
Looking Friday, I came across two unusually marked wrenches:

- A 13-inch Lineman's Wrench, similar in configuration to the ubiquitous Klein Lineman' Wrench, but marked instead "Jonard Tuckahoe NY - JIC 650", and

- An 8-inch adjustable marked "1479 MF(in a box)".  I made, perhaps, a hasty assumption that Massey Ferguson had sold, or otherwise issued, this wrench.  Are these wrenches fairly common in Massey Ferguson territories?

The first is easy(er)

They don't seem to make linesman tools anymore tho.

Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Bob, was the box marked Massey-Ferguson? If not, I'd lean toward Millers Falls.
