I had bought the one that Roy had for sale and it had the 3/4" head with it and didn't think I would ever run on to another but I did. This has the 1/2" head and the guy wouldn't just sell it so I got another wrench too.
Now I need the 3/8" to complete the set for this handle and find the next size up handle and start from 1".
I saw where these go up to 4".

Perseverance will pay off ! They are scarce in this area , you got the only one I ever saw , other
then in photos. Still looking for you.
The date on the left one looks like 1807 in the photo?

( http://parmeleewrench.com/ ) I bet if you asked the company for quotes on a new set, the used ones would seem a bargain.  And how about the idea that a 106 year old design is still a viable tool?

Well thanks to a nice gentleman on the GJ forum I now have a complete set for the #1 Parmalee.
Got a couple extra heads too but they are worn to the point that they won't grip a whole lot of anything.

I have 2 complete Walworth Parmelee No. 2 sets in the original wooden boxes. The sets include the 20 inch handle and 1 inch, 1 1/4 inch, 1 1/2 inch, and 2 inch girths. They appear to be in very good condition.

I also have a complete Walworth Parmelee No. 1 set. If anyone is interested in them, I will post some pictures.
