Default Museum sign

Here is the sign outside our museum where a bunch of my wrenches are displayed.
The exhibit committee has rearranged the wrenches, so I have to go back on Tuesday and take notes to make them legends for the display.

Here are the pinbacks Bruce sent me, displayed on one of the old Santa Fe shop rags.
Two of them have "Axy Dent" on them with "Safety Committeeman", and the other is Chico, one of the Santa Fe mascots seen in many of the old ads for the Santa Fe railroad.

Thanks , Bruce!

The sign has now changed to include my name, and the Museum's blog has an announcement of the display-

The earliest piece is an 1880's American Saw alligator wrench, up to some 1940's and 1950's monkey wrenches.

We had our quarterly meeting this afternoon, and I gave a little talk about collecting and its value to older people. The make-up of the Museum Society is mostly 50+ in age, so I expressed that seniors should be involved in some sort of collecting as an activity that can get them out of the house, and can help keep the mind active. I demonstrated some more wrenches and some of my wife's kitchen collectibles.
I had three What's-its for them to try to ID. We had a lot of fun with it, like we do here on Tool Talk.
After the meeting we went across the street to the museum for a tour and for more questions about the wrenches displayed there. With about 55 people in the meeting, we had the most visitors at one time in the museum's history!

Now I have a sort of welcome problem.
A buyer has paypalled me $$ for four alligator wrenches off Papawswrench, and they are all in the museum!
The museum will let me get them out tomorrow, with only a request to put others in their places. I can replace three of them, but one is not a duplicate.
