I'm sure we all have a tool of some type we have been hunting for, for me it was this torch.

Classed as very rare, I paid a fair price for it, but if not, I'll never own one. Little Xmas present to myself.
It's a Lenk 601, shown in their catalog 1940. List price $5.00....Oh I wish I could buy some for the price today.

I bet you paid dearly for it, but as you said, if not, you'd never have one.
-
I did quite a good deal mate, a little more that I usually pay for a torch but happy with the result.
Of course I have one now, and I never would have believed I would. Happy daze!

That's the trouble with collecting the sort of things we collect. When we finally find that one we looked for so long... Pricey? But when will we find another one, and if we do, it might be even more expensive.
-
Quality and oats have a great deal in common. Good quality, clean oats command a good price. After they have been through a horse, they are much cheaper.
-
Now,,, THAT IS one fine looking torch!

just think about the extra food that you have bought, and no longer have, this my friend,
will be with you for a long time, you have to enjoy what you like while you are still around.
Happy, Healthy New Year.

:-) I'll pay that one rusty.

You guys should be able to pick up a nice Lenk alcohol for around $5.00, just watch out for one with a pump in the handle, that's worth a few bucks more.
It's worth having one of these in your shop, check them out.

Can't imagine why, it's a bargain ;P
What a contraption, it has more plumbing than my bathroom.
Needs appropriate accessory: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Vintage-General-Pulaski-Cone-Top-Beer-Can/390720540825
Do you suppose it tastes like brake fluid also? LOL
