Title: Tobrin and HD Smith connection?

I have a couple of Perfect handle screwdrivers labeled "Tobrin", Plantsville  CT.

can anyone connect them to HD Smith?

they have perfect handle  and Plantsville in common.

Preliminary "snippet view" results of a google / books search show that William S. Thomson -- had some of the Perfect Handle tool patents & was the first President of Tobrin  Tool when it formed in 1923.

How soon we forget -- I see I'd done a better job of finding pertinent text last October.  Maybe I better concentrate on the MVWC Spring Meeting stuff, the March newsletter & the MVWC Membership Directory.
