Picked up my first Boker wrench, read the history of the Boeker Bro's. Started searching for wrench sizes and came up with a 4" & 15" and the 10 incher I have.
Can I assume that Boker made wrench sizes like other companies?
4,6,8...

In my scattered records of past sale results, I find a 6" H. BOKER USA with adjustment lock -- the image file showing it is stored on a different computer than the one I'm currently using for web & email work but I may be able to get that image attached to this note sometime later. (I have 8 hrs at the cash register this afternoon & evening, plus getting ready to work with "Bus" tomorrow to ship out auction catalogs to his list of recipients. )
I have BOKER pliers & scissors -- the markings are all stamped which suggests they were using contract production sources rather than having their own manufacturing plants.

Could it be the same as BOKER knife makers?

I don't *think* it is the same, Henry Boker on knives is usually Germany, with a guild mark. The wrenches are usually marked USA or nothing. Think it is coincidental...
The quality of the adjustables certainly doesn't make me think of the German company....

Here is a website that explains the relationship between Boker of Germany and Boker USA.

The wrenches may have come in after Boker USA was sold off
