Title: darnit
Post by: bird on April 01, 2014, 05:21:42 PM
Ok, I click the photo button, it has the flashing curser, then I go to photo bucket and copy picture, paste it where curser is, right? Am I copying the wrong thing?

I have the option to copy "direct"  html  or img thumb.  That's the one I tried to copy. Seriously..... ridiculous

Somehow you had the photo address in there twice, once in [img] brackets and then a second time with [url] brackets.

When you get this picture thing down, you need to post a self-portrait.  I'm imagining hair pulled out straight from frustration.

When you get this picture thing down, let me know how in your words, so I can do it also...
Looks simple!!  maybe too simple for our complex brain to figure..

Finally took the plunge & loaded Photo-Bucket, downloaded some photos, still need to figure what is; URL?, IMG?, HTML?, [bracket]? etc...
Can you believe I was the computer geek ~40 years ago, just converted from punch cards to IBM 6510 system with 8" 500Kb floppy disc., pre-DOS 1.0..
Now I have really fallen behind the times...  (Brain drain)

P.S.  Finally read the latest post on "Posting Pictures"  http://www.papawswrench.com/vboard/index.php?topic=61.msg69260#msg69260
Very helpful..
