NO brand name, but Pat 3574381, and that wasn't much help. The pair of "tongs on the end are too stiff to accept any sort of socket, so I'm a bit perplexed here. The invention isn't that old, but never seen anything like it. Help!! and thanks....

Can't see a danged thing from here, although I suppose it's possible the electrons just can't make the trek over the Rockies to California.
