yep that is Fay's webpage! Fay has been a big help to me over the years as I make metal parts. Some of the sketches he made for me are part of his books. Really cool guy! and smart!
Page 14 - "Handy" Seamer. I posted a set of those here to find what they were used for. The description here helps plus the name "seamer".
Anyway I used them last night to straighten the edges of a tin box. They definitely are "Handy".
