I picked up a Dayton 2813 B Buggy wrench today. I see a fair amount of Dayton Buggy wrenches, but they are usually cracked. This one is intact.

Which is why the cable car system was instituted - easier to pull the cars up the hill with a steam power plant pulling cables than to ask a horse to do the job.
Looks like a really fine example of a great old wrench there!
