That Samson gripping pliers is nice. I came across one not too long ago. Put it in my spare pile.

I had one of those LEVER JAWS years ago with a worn pivot point & it took a bite out my palm once too often. There was no clearance between the handles before you got it to "lock." Ones that are not too worn don't have that problem. I've had it in the MVWC Newsletter a couple times.
