Some pre-Civil War stuff was still in production & available in the late 1870s. I've only browsed the wrenches & related items in this one. Found several items for the MVWC Newsletter using this resource. ( http://books.google.com/books?id=ZQEfAAAAMAAJ )

The only way to get good prints is to download as PDF, the open it and print from that.
Note: It is probably fairly large...

I don't remember where or when I bought my reprint. It is a reprint and reprints like this don't scan well.
