Photo below was absconded from a basement sale in Waterloo which looked not so promising as I was descending the stairs. Found one table that said everything on it was a quarter and found a couple of keepers(saw and chain tool). Turned around and found another table that certainly had been picked over(shoulda been there Thursday the gal said) and everything there(including two Plano tool Boxes) were also a quarter. The dial indicator was worth more than the total purchase price of $4. They also had some big clevis type chain hooks for $1 a piece and grabbed two jacking the total sale up to $6.

Nice bunch o'stuff!
Those Gingher shears are a keeper. Still USA made, with a fantastic repair warranty. I've got two pairs of their scissors - they are great.

Man I sure would have jumped on those shears!!
Like the wore stripper too.
In fact I'd have jumped on all this if I found it too. Nice score!
