it is a "strainer wrench"

not quite as interesting as i was hoping.  mysterey put to bed though.

Hey guys, thanks for that exchange.  I've had a couple of other sink strainer wrenches in the MVWC newsletter, & had forgotten about this LEADER wrench --
Something else to get in the December newsletter to share with the MVWC membership.
