Someone called these set-screw wrenches? Which fits with the severely square jaw opening. Notice the difference in the logo between the bottom two. Top one is a Bonney, and threw the chisel in for size comparison.
I've heard them called tool post wrenches also.

In 1938 Vonngegut Hardware (Indianapolis ) catalog the WILLIAMS set screw wrenches have open ends on both ends (two different sizes) set at 22 1/2 degrees to the handle while the tool post wrenches have an open end & square box end (both the same size).
