Title: What model number is this?
Post by: I own you247 on January 13, 2015, 09:53:12 PM
I'm new her guys, but I figured someone could help me out. A while back I traded a miter saw for a ton of tools, I got a Cornwell ratchet with it that the guy threw in. The only problem is its missing the guts. It has the lever for direction but that's it. I don't have a picture now but I can probably get one later this week. It has a 1 stamped on the left side and a 5 on the right. If I had to guess its probably about 12-14 inches long. I noticed that a lot of Cornwell ratchets have the model number on the ratchet mechanism itself and I think that might be the case on this one. If anyone has one with the same markings, please let me know. The handle itself is in perfect condition so if I can make it a whole ratchet for 15 or 20 bucks that would be great. Thanks I'm advance for the help

I can't upload the picture I took, it says the file is too big and idk how to make it smaller. I did measure it though and it's just a hair over 10 inches long.

Here's the ratchet in question:

Give the length, I presume it's a 1/2"-drive? If so, it's a model SR50...

I was thinking it was 1/2", but I know they make longer 3/8" too so you can't tell for sure.
