This looks like an M in a circle for Moore, but I'm not sure of the number on it.
The other wrench has a clear 35 on it.

T-5893 by Moore. Spark plug/head bolt wrench.

Thank you, those first 2 numbers are smudged pretty good. Where abouts is that pic on that site?
