Is this considered a Textile wrench?

I was looking up the number here http://www.wrenchingnews.com/industry-standard-wrenches/chart.html and there isn't a listing for a 734 for a Herbrand but there is a 7/8x1 1/18 as marked under 764A. I'm a thinking the 1/18 should be 1/8 but the numbers aren't working out on the wrenches so that's why I'm wondering if this is a textile wrench. And there is a 1038 on this wrench too.

Herbrand's  #734 7\8 x 1-1\8 is listed as a drop forged 15deg. angle double end engineers wrench. Textile wrenches are shaped differently. They usually look like this.
